Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Media Services. See below for policies regarding items purchased from our partners. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than thirty days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
