I used this office once a few years ago and was happy with their service. Used them again this year. There were numerous mistakes made by their office staff that resulted in me having to file an extension. I just got my tax bill for this year and it was $2,435! I should not have to pay extra for mistakes made by the administrative staff. My previous tax bill with this firm was around $400.
I will not be using this office again. ETA: I spoke with the person who originally referred me to Ross Langley. She stated that she stopped using them a couple of years ago because their prices were so insanely high. We are both physicians.
