As a newly filing s-corp with two years of back taxes I needed help asap. Tyson was super detailed and concise. He assured me that if I follow a few steps by particular dates then everything ought to be a-okay. I was charged a very fair price and this includes consultations with Tyson whenever I have questions. I would literally have spent the money on the consultations alone let alone to do my taxes on top of it! Tyson will do everything you need and more. If you are someone who asks a lot of questions like me, he is very enthusiastic at taking the time to explain how your taxes work.

If you are someone who doesn't care how it's done and just want it done, he will also spare you the details if you aren't interested in hearing them. He is pretty much there to help you in whatever way works for you. I have learned so much about running a small business in a short amount of time - it's been the equivalent of taking a business course and I am learning things that I could never learn from the internet alone.
