I came to Mr Kunofsky several years ago. I came as a very bewildered individual whose wife was terminal with cancer. I had a IRS debt of well over $500,000 that I just could never shake. I don't have to tell you that most of the debt was interest and penalties and after numerous attempt at filing for bankruptcy relief all efforts failed. I was a later filer and not to mention I am a disabled veteran with PTSD.

I Was desperate! I met Mr Kunofsky who absolute is the most sincere attorney I have ever met. He worked with me for months and months on several occasions and finally because of the respect he commands from the Justice system and the IRS; Mr Kunofsky was able to get me a FRESH START PROGRAM. I should have written this sooner however with my wife passing and my PTSD getting worse it never got accomplished.

My credit was ruined and I contemplated ending my life several occasions. If it weren't for my children I would have terminated my life. I had a responsibility to them. Now almost 6 years later I actually have perfect credit and a VA Loan at 2.25 % on my new townhome. Mr Kunofsky doesn't realize that he gave this Diabled Veteran Hope as well as a New Life! Bill helped me with some issues I was having with the IRS and assisted me in filing Bankruptcy. This process took almost one and a half years due to issues I had obtaining documents (i.e. Birth Certificate, I had to go to the court for a name change).
