I've been dealing with Gene for over a decade I trusted her to do my taxes. in 2017 without my permission she turn my taxes over to somebody to do them for her, well these people made countless errors, two years later I find out I owe $4000 I have penalties and interest, When I finally were able to get a hold of Gene she admitted she send them out to be done And these people had committed a lot of errors on mine and many other of her customers. I've been dealing with this for years and send 20 emails I've called Gene she never called me back and she gives me the total runaround and has never helped me get this taken care of.
Pretty much left me on my own. So basically I paid her $420 so she can take my taxes to some unknown person trust them with all my Social Security numbers and information of my wife of mine without my permission Have them screw up my taxes and now it's my problem.

I have worked with Debbie and Gene at DGK Associates for over 8 years. When I found them, it was a true gift from God. I had just fired my bookkeepers and was in desperate need a firm who could offer dependable, ethical, reliable and timely work. They are so wonderful! In the 8 years that I have bossed them around, we not only have a wonderful working relationship but have become good friends. : If you don' t call them, you are missing out.
