Services
As the Managing Shareholder of San Diego's largest CPA firm to specialize in Homeowners Associations, Leonard has over 50 years in public accounting. He supervises all client engagements from planning and proposal stage through review and signing of all audits, reviews, reserve studies, and tax returns.
We have worked with over 400 Not-for-Profit Organizations from start up phase through annual budgets in excess of $10,000,000. In addition to providing the required audit and tax preparation, our goal is to educate the client and help them improve their financial systems, strengthen internal controls, and interpret their financial data.
We have worked with many Governmental Entities from special districts to cities. Our district clients' annual budgets have ranged from a few thousand dollars up to $40,000,000. In addition to providing the required audited financial statements, State Controller filings, and Rural Development Administration's Statement of Indebtedness filings, our goal is to be a resource for our clients and to train them on the new GASB pronouncements.
Since 1972, we have prepared over 10,000 audits, reviews, compilations and tax returns of Homeowners Associations, working with over 100 management companies throughout California. Audit report in accordance with the AICPA Audit & Accounting Guide for Common Interest Reality Associations (CIRA Guide).
