Chris from Addingmachine has been filing my taxes for the past two years now, and I can genuinely say my experience working with him and his team at Addingmachine has been top notch. I originally found Chris through a Yelp search, and he was prompt at returning my messages and clear with what documents he needed from me to proceed. The first year, he processed my federal and state return within one week, and was even able to review other notices that were sent to me by the IRS regarding adjusted returns for years prior to see what options I had (at no charge).
This year, Addingmachine updated their system to make uploading my tax documents incredibly easy and quick. I simply uploaded my documents to Addingmachine's portal and my taxes were filed within a few days. I even received my state refund within two weeks! I was also curious throughout my time working with Chris and had many general questions about stock sales, write offs and deductions. Chris was always diligent about hopping on the phone with me or promptly responding to my emails and ensuring I fully understood the processes and answers he provided. Addingmachine is also upfront about their pricing and very, very reasonably priced in comparison to other CPAs I've worked with in the past.
