Cummings-Grayson & Co., CPAs was started in 1979 as a sole proprietorship, and became incorporated in 1983, under the State of Florida. In 1989, the firm became a certified public accounting firm under the State of Florida Board of Accountancy, joining both FICPA (Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), signifying the level of quality maintained by the firm. The firm is also enrolled in the peer review system of the State of Florida and AICPA, which is a national accreditation process.
Accounting for construction requires specific financial management tools unique to the construction field, which includes job cost reporting, revenue recognition (contract value and percentage of completion), computed earned revenue, cost in excess/billing in excess analysis, and the financial statement.

This place has the rudest, group of individuals i have yet to encounter. I wouldn't even waste my time showing up because no one will answer the door. And if you call to make an appointment, they have nothing but attitude as if you ruined their day, to take down your information and never follow up. Terrible business etiquette all around. Don't waste your time too; when there are plenty of 4/5 star rating places with human decency.
