I run an engineering services firm in Allen. For years I have meant to perform a search for an accounting firm that could do more than simply prepare my tax returns. I performed that search this year, and the result was the BaCo Group. BaCo has already found opportunities that were missed by my previous accountants for years. If you are looking for a proactive accounting and tax firm for your small to medium size business, I can highly recommend BaCo.

Over the last several years, Ford and the team at Baco Group have helped us streamline our accounting processes using QuickBooks. They took our complex chart of accounts and made it very simple. The advice they have given us is invaluable and has saved us so much time and money. Whenever I have questions they have been more than happy to help me out. I highly recommend them for your accounting needs.

I had a few really nasty tax issues due to some very unique circumstances. Ford and his staff of happy accountants dug right in, investigated this issues, and found a solution. I really liked how they treated me, listened to what I had to say, and explained the tax laws. I also appreciated how understanding and flexible they were with me concerning my situation, and the availability of my information.
I am probably one of their smallest clients, but they always treated me like I was their biggest and most important one. They almost make doing my taxes fun (almost). See you next tax season!

I run a mid-size non-profit in Deep Ellum and this year we decided to switch accounting firms in favor of going with a local company. Moving my account to Baker and Company may count as the best business decision I've made this year. Baker & Company get two things right all the time: customer service and knowing how to make the IRS work for their clients.
Twice in the last six months our company has received notices from the IRS stating we owed them, and twice this year our company has received checks from the IRS. I just sent it all over to Baker & Co. and they worked their magic. If finances get tough at the end of the month, the office joke has been that we just need the IRS to send us another notice. Baker's accountants and staff really know their stuff, are proactive in working with clients and fun to work with (yes I said fun).
You get the results and customer care you'd find at a boutique firm without the price tag. Unhappy with your current accounting firm? Do yourself a favor and get yourself (and your business) to Baker & Company. You and yours will be well cared for there.
