Stanton D. Goldberg, J.D., CPA is the principal and founder of the Law Office of Stanton D. Goldberg, located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Goldberg graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. and received his law degree (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Goldberg was associated with the Dallas tax and estate planning law firm of Taylor and Mizell.

Anyone having a problem with the IRS should contact the office of Mr. Goldberg's office at once. He will discuss the problem with you and tell you what he can do. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that someone that has a great track record is handling things and you don't have to deal with the IRS yourself. I have worked with Stanton's office twice and each time very pleased with the work, client care and overall outcome. The first was an IRS audit - he was prepared, worked hard, kept me in the loop 100% of the time. The second was an interpretation of tax laws and completion of a return.he completed extensive research that saved me a major amount of money - and I contacted him on the 10th of October and he had it done by the 15th. I have no complaints and will use his services again should the need arise.
