By using GoToAssist, our clients and staff can use a secure connection to remotely share each other's screen, mouse and keyboard environment. With the permission of the client, we can virtually operate on the client's desktop to troubleshoot problems or provide one-on-one training and consulting. Files can also be transferred to and from the linked workstations.
Client portals allow us to safely and securely transfer files. If you do not have a portal already, please let us know that you would like us to set one up. All we need is the name of your organization and the name and email address of the person who will serve as your portal administrator (your "portal owner" you might say).

Last year they forgot about my return. They did apply for an extension but then forgot to prepare our return. There were illnesses in the office which I understand interfered with the preparation of our returns. I provided my documents in mid-March. When I asked to split the cost of the penalty they refused and told me to find a new accountant.

I began an engagement with this accounting firm over 5 weeks ago regarding some small business tax consulting. I sent over the material, and didn't hear back from Jacobson Jarvis for weeks despite several promises that the information had been received and was being reviewed. I'm very frustrated at the unprofessional communication and would advise avoiding this organization.

JJCO is a great specialty firm in the not for profit arena. After working with a larger accounting firm in my previous position, I was skeptical if JJCO could provide the same level of service as a larger firm but I have been pleasantly surprised with the high level of service we have received for audit and tax services.
