I was fortunate enough to be at seminar Kevin taught a few months ago. From my perspective and based off of the response from the audience, Kevin is very knowledgeable about current tax code and prehistoric tax code. On top of that, Kevin is extremely engaging and relatable. Not an easy find in today's tax world. I would recommend Kevin to anyone in need of tax/accounting help.

I've been using Kevin's services for the past couple years once my taxes became too complex for me to do on my own. Kevin and his staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Scheduling is easy and you actually sit down with Kevin to discuss your needs. You can bring in documents or upload them from your phone or computer. The pricing is vey fair.
Once I add up the additional forms the online "free" sites nickel and dime you for, I was not paying Kevin that much more- although the peace of mind of a professional taking care of my taxes is well worth the cost.

I've been using Kevin and his team for several years now for my annual tax filings. They are always on top of getting appointments scheduled, requesting required documents that I may have forgotten to submit and getting my taxes completed and filed quickly and thoroughly. I really appreciate that I can upload any necessary documents from my computer directly to their secure portal for timely processing rather than having to bring them into the office. Another years taxes completed and I'm a happy customer.

The service Kevin Minkoff provided was very unprofessional. The final bill was higher than what we were quoted at the beginning, they took about a month longer than anticipated, and then their final work was full of mistakes, including printing/margin errors. When I called the office I was told by someone named Barb that she was in fact the one who processed my taxes, not Kevin. Kevin has been elusive and unreachable ever since and has still never returned any of our phone calls to remedy the problem.

If you are a business owner, Kevin Minkoff, CPA is a wonderful resource. Kevin is especially helpful when it comes to walking you through the process as a new business owner and will help you with everything from the basic questions of "Should I use Quickbooks or Quicken?" to "How does payroll work?" He is patient, thorough, very knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor. We have enjoyed working with Kevin for several years!

This is the first and last time we would use Kevin to file our taxes. It took him a month to process our taxes. Once we signed and paid him it took an additional 2.5 weeks for him to E file. Now we are having to prove our identity to the IRS and while confirming it I realized he didn't put the right account info for the refund. I asked for it to be deposited into my account and he put my husbands. UGH! When we called to express our disappointment he basically said there was nothing he could do.

Kevin has saved me literally thousands of dollars by changing the way I file my business taxes. His office handles my payroll too. There were some bumps setting up payroll a couple years ago, but it's been smooth sailing since. He and his staff have always been available to answer questions. I'm confused by the negative reviews.
