As a first time client, I went to Abbas, Jenson, and Cundari for my S Corp and personal taxes. After my initial intake interview, I was asked to submit a few more documents via their secure online portal which I did later that day. The corporate tax deadline passed without any communication from the firm. I called and the front desk person told me that my corporate filing was on extension and I would hear more later. April 17 passed without any further communication.
I called again on April 18 (they were "closed for the holiday" on April 17) and was told that my personal taxes were also on extension, again, without any communication from the firm. I expressed my dissatisfaction and received an email later that the firm had "dropped the ball" and that my taxes "should" be ready in about 5 days. UNPROFESSIONAL and unacceptable. LOWEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION.
