Nope! The rep was not very sociable in the manner youd expect a busineess owner to be to gain your business. Her knowledge base was minimal at best and I had the sense she felt I was challenging her with questions about how my money would be handled. I felt even more discouraged when she admitted she uses QuickBooks. I can learn QuickBooks.learning their software easily is the crux of their existence. Im sorry, but I just dont trust this company to handle my money in the complex world of paying employees the right way.would you? Thumbs down!

Tammy and Sherrie over at Taxnbooks are simply fantastic. Because of them, I am able to focus on growing my business and not have to stress about my financials. I love Taxnbooks for so many reasons. First Tammy really knows what she's doing and never let's anyone near her work unless she has personally trained them. Second she has so much experience and really knows the in and outs of accounting. Also she doesn't beat around the bush with you. She will always give it to you straight up. She stands behind her work and her clients.
You can tell her clients are high priority and she takes pride in what she does. Tammy's been my accountant for years now and I'd never go anywhere else. Also there are just some things people shouldn't do on their own like surgery, dentistry, brokering inspections and taxes without the proper schooling and tax software only gives you the forms not the laws. So don't gamble with your refund or the IRS and get someone who knows what they're doing like Tammy!
