Tennessen's is a great local accounting firm. I have been using them for over 15 years, and I have always been happy. Every time I call with a question they are prompt in getting back to me, and I have never felt stupid for asking them tax questions. They are very affordable, and I have never had a problem with my tax returns. They also find deductions that I cannot and the amount I get back is always more than if I were to do it myself.

Also the new e-sign option is amazingly simple and saved me a ton of time. Plus, not having to drive to the east side made getting my taxes done and filed this year so simple.

Our reports are always filed in a timely fashion and our bills are usually paid the same day we submit them. I have been taking my taxes to Alicia at Tennessen for at least 5 years. I have always received professional service and excellent, personalized tax and long term financial planning suggestions. I can be a bit demanding and Alicia's work always exceeds expectations!

One star is too many. Visited in September to have a review, . Was told by Scott he thought he could get a better refund. Then heard nothing. October he tells me that due to quarterly payments he would get to it after October 15th. Then nothing, no calls, no email. Here it is December 17 and he says he doesn't have time to do it. After giving dates and no response. Called again, said a week from Friday 2 weeks ago and again nothing. Called yesterday, Scott said will do review tonight. Called this morning, he said come pickup your stuff. 3 months wasted!

He says it wasn't wasted because nothing was done. Total disrespect to the client. Might have even lost some deductions. Wanted help with tax planning. I guess their business is so good, they can treat people like this. He tells me, too bad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Went in to pick up my papers. Asked if he had anything to say in his defense. Nothing!
