So many problems with them. They withdrew over 10k from my personal accounts and couldn't find them for a week. They refused to supply payroll reports, they refused to supply the W-2 at the end of the year and they emended refused to supply anything to my accountant-- and she had referred me to PayrollRx! It took a lots of time and at least 30 or more emails over a couple of months. Stay away!

Payroll RX is AMAZING! They are so quick to respond and help me with any payroll need I have. They make my job of having employees soo much easier without having to worry about the paperwork and figuring out the taxing numbers. I recommend this company to anyone who has a payroll with their business.

We had been using Payroll Rx since first day opening our new business several years ago. We've contemplated doing our own payroll in-house at the beginning. However, learning how much burden they have taken off our backs and how fast they respond to requests it would have been an unfortunate decision to not go with them. Kudos to the Payroll Rx Crew for job well done, the friendly atmosphere they provide, and great customer service.

Grossly negligent. I'm the owner of a small company and when I hired my first employee I contacted this company to take care of my payroll including payroll taxes and insurance because I didn't know anything. Since the beginning, they made mistakes like not filing worker's compensation and blaming the worker's comp insurance agent.
When I finally decided to close my account with them, they literally took months to close it and did not reply my emails for the status request. I RECEIVED A DELINQUENT NOTICE for unemployment taxes and when called them Stephanie said "is an old notice" don't worry everything is taken care of. At that point, I call the Workforce account because I couldn't trust them anymore, and they confirmed the report has NOT been file that quarter.
I called back Payroll RX just to hear everything was taken care of again until I said: "I just got off the phone with Workforce Commission", and subsequently requested the account and passwords for all my accounts so I can see for myself the status of my Company in all of them. If you don't know anything about payroll and want to rest assure the company you hire is taking care of payroll headaches, please steer away from Payroll RX.

We area small company and were paying much, much more for our payroll at a large payroll firm that we used for many years. Normally, I stay away from lower-priced services, because I find that you only get quality when you pay for it. The reason I switched over to Payroll Rx is that the large firm messed up our payroll taxes (totally their fault).
My wife knew somebody who used Payroll Rx & liked them. I was surprised at their good pricing. Since we started with Payroll Rx about two years ago, there have been no mistakes, we get personal service, and the price is far below what we were paying. I absolutely recommend them to any small business owner.

Our small preschool has been using this service since we opened in 2010. They have always been prompt and accurate. The employees are courteous and always very helpful. I used to work for a CPA firm, and even there, we used a payroll service for payroll. It's not worth the time and effort to do it yourself, and you won't save any money. Payroll RX is outstanding and the fees are very reasonable.

We've been doing business with Payroll Rx since 2007. We started with just a few employees, and Payroll Rx has expanded their services with us as we grew. Dave and his team have continuously worked hard for us and gone beyond the call of duty when needed. Outsourcing our payroll has been great for us and our business model. And we love that we are a local business able to work with another local business.
