TaxCaddy makes it easier than ever to gather your tax documents and deliver them to us, communicate with us, answer your tax questionnaire electronically, and sign documents like the e-file authorization. Mobile App: You can submit tax documents by taking pictures with the TaxCaddy mobile app, uploading files, or manually entering information.

I have been working with the team at Lumsden for over five years now, and it has been one of the best business decisions I have ever made. They are by definition, a partner and I am honored to have them as part of our team. They have made year-end taxes much more efficient and less of a chore, but their real value is in their understanding of all the complexities of our businesses and how best to use any available incentives to help reduce our fiscal burden.

I used the company for several years in a row. The tax services were fine, but customer service is awful. The accountant raised the rate three years in a row without notice (even after I wrote and said "if your rates are increasing from last year please tell me before proceeding"), then gave incredible attitude when I asked about why the cost went up. There are many competent and pleasant service providers out there to choose from; the aggravation is not worth it.
