3 strikes and I have to give a poor review. I finally have to give my two sense. They over promised and the 3 meetings I had scheduled with them in person or via phone all were no shows with no communication that they weren't going to be there or available to cancel. I even took time off from work to meet with the owner, Kim and she was a no show.

They never even called me back to reschedule. I'm probably one of the most understanding people out there, but we all have our limit. I would never conduct business like this. I had them do my taxes which I shouldn't have. I'm now having to have another company review them since they seem to be done wrong and I'm feeling something fishy is going on due to my experience with them. Hopefully this is a one off experience, but just do your research more!

Kim is great! Easy to get ahold of and she saw us right away. We are a new business and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything so we could have maximum understanding. I am so glad we found her and Nia! Highly recommend!
