WOW is all that I can say. I was being audited for 2019 schedule C activity that I aggressively prepared myself. Thinking I could handle the audit, I spoke to the officer and exposed myself to further trouble with my company's 1120S and my rental property schedule E. The audit was going to expose me to a multiple year investigation and serious taxes, interest and penalties due.
After speaking to my lawyer Jack Seiler of, Seiler, Sautter, Zaden, Rimes & Wahlbrink PA (sszrlaw.com), he recommended that I contact Ash Boutros, CPA. He devised a plan immediately, contacted the officer, prepared all the paper work and was in constant communication with me and the officer. To my amazement, his plan resulted in a complete settlement of all my problems within a week's time and a minimal amount due.
The only adjustment made by the IRS was my schedule C activity, no adjustment for my company or rental property, and more importantly, no further investigation of additional years. This saved me 10's of thousands of dollars in additional fees, taxes, penalties, interest and numerous hours of research to support deductions. I received my IRS letter in 2018 both me and my husband received our letters within a few months apart. At first we were nervous but figured we could handle everything being asked of us from the auditor but it quickly became overwhelming.

Taxes are inevitable. Sometimes, taxes inevitably need to be prepared by a tax professional. We needed our personal returns done, but also needed hubby's business taxes done as well. We contacted this firm and were treated fairly and honestly. Our (many) questions were answered quickly, and we never felt like we were being rushed. We were even given a worksheet packet of the items needed to complete the returns!
