Steer clear. Despite having 4 great years with Myslajek, last year was an exception and they've lost our 3 accounts. We sent our taxes in Feb, we got them May 17th, two hours before the deadline to post mark. Even with a dozen inquiries on the status. Getting them just hours before the deadline didn't leave us any time to review and ask questions.

If you are a small to medium size business and looking for an accounting firm you can rely on, then keep looking. I was with Myslajek for 15 years, and each year the service got progressively worse. They filed tax returns with my name misspelled, duplicated tax payments and failed to file quarterly returns while contracted to do so. My accountant at times took nearly a week to get back to me, and I often waited an hour or more for scheduled appointments.
While I referred many new clients to the firm, I received nothing from Myslajek, despite repeated promises to the contrary. If you aren't a large firm with a large accounting budget, you aren't going to get quality service from this firm. I have found a firm that cares about SMBs. wish I had made the change much earlier.
