Spent almost $300 for this team to not only royally mess up my taxes, but they also ignored things I asked them about in my initial email and repeatedly asked about. This resulted in them botching my taxes enough that I owed money when I shouldn't then demanded I give them power of attorney to set it right and that they would start charging me billable hours for their mistake.
I called the IRS and got it sorted in just 2 hours of phone calls, which was annoying, but not worth what Watson & Associates were trying to pull. My entire family has used this business for almost 20 years when this practice was opened by Adam's aunt Jackie. In my opinion, her retirement was the end of treating customers well.

I've used Watson & Associates for years because of Adam Watson's attention to deal, open communication, and ability to resolve complicated situations. I had my identity stolen which made dealing with the IRS difficult. I signed a form granting them permission to advocate/communicate on my behalf and Adam got everything worked out for me. It was a huge relief!
