In order to be up to date, it is recommended that you select a refresh period rather than leaving it set to the default, which is no refresh rate.

I had my personal income tax prepared by Aaron Laser; there was a misunderstanding regarding the fee. Mr. Laser addressed my concerns and the matter was resolved in satisfactory and timely manner for which I'm very grateful. The mark of a professional company is not simply listening to a concern, its about how management addresses the concern and action taken to reach a resolution. The Laser Group will make a effort to listen and respond appropriately.

PLEASE DO NOT USE "The Laser Group". I have never used this website and probably never will BUT. I want people to understand NOT to use this company. I had my taxes done with this guy in 2004-05. He charged me for both years without completing 2005. He then sent the total amount to collections without even trying to contact me. I went to buy a house and found this incorrect data on my credit report. Do not use this guy. He is a scam artist! FFFFFFFFF+++++++
