FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS FIRM.DO NOT USE THEM Do not use this firm. I have filed a lawsuit against them. They completely screwed up my taxes. They didn't even look at any information you give them, they just do work and submit it. I run a medical company and have all my information in Quickbooks. They filed 2 tax returns for me with different amounts and it caused me to have an audit, they had not idea why or how it happened.
They claim they will help you and defend you, but don't. After I got notified I was being audited, they asked if I could buy them Quickbooks so they could redo my taxes. I asked them how in the hell they got numbers if they didn't have Quickbooks. John the night before my audit meeting made up transactions inside Quickbooks so the numbers would match with his made up numbers.
He then told me to submit that to the IRS. I told him no way no how was I going to commit fraud. I have the evidence and have submitted it to the State of California. So far in the case they have not answered the complaint nor shown up to court. My damages are over $100,000.

John Goldberg and his close team are amazing! They handle all of my personal and business accounting/tax needs. I do not trust anyone else with my money, to the degree that I trust John's team.
