Once the initial set up phase is complete, record keeping becomes effortless and practically automatic. You provide your corporate financial information to OSYB, we process the data that you send and create your financials.
Our outsourced controller services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our clients and the challenges that face their businesses. Our controllers work directly with each business owner to understand these challenges and work to solve each one. Our staff is comprised of managers, controllers, and CPA's with extensive experience in financial management and controller services.
For those CPAs and Firms who perform accounting & bookkeeping services and would prefer to spend their valuable time and staffing resources on more profitable services, OSYB can become your back office or work directly with your clients. We call them your clients, as they truly are. You never have to be concerned that we would provide tax or attest services for them for one reason: we do not offer these services.

I have been using OSYB for about 3 years now. They are exceptional! Leslie is a gem to work with and she is highly dedicated to making sure your books are correct. She is accessible and brings tremendous value to the table. I don't feel like she is an outsourced bookkeeper but more like they are in the office with us. I highly recommend them!

I've had the pleasure of working with Leslie and the OSYB team for many years. One thing that always stood out was that they go above and beyond for their clients and people. They offer superb service, are extremely responsive and pay incredible attention to detail.
