Where do I start everything from the start of renting until the end and its not over yet incompetent comes to mind the story's they tell you the information they don't the chasing things up to get your bond back it's a joke never again

I stayed in 1 of their apartments for 1 week, Highpoint on Magnus Street and the apartment was disgusting, old, smell really bad, with cockroaches. I complained but they did not care and I could not change apartment.

Critical: Professionalism Poor customer service. The person I spoke to over the phone was rude and dismissive. Will not book with them again!

We recently stayed at Amanda Court, Little Beach for our annual family vacation. Being in the Real Estate industry myself for over 13 years and knowing how difficult this busy time of year is with unexpected repairs and queries; I have to say that our Agent Kylie was absolutely wonderful to deal with during our stay, she was kind, professional and her communication was exceptional.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Dealing with Daniel omeara, is like having a root canal, painful, ,h anging up on someone two times is unethical, unprofessional and disturbing. Most important thing is clear communication, he knows what im talking about.

I booked a small family getaway through Airbnb with O'Meara being the host. Crystal from O'Meara Property was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We ended up not being able to go on our holiday as a result of lockdowns, but they were happy to provide the flexibility needed in our booking and processed the refund very quickly. O'Meara Property will be my first call when it is time to re-book our family getaway. Thanks.

Didn't post my review - only post good reviews on properties. 5 Thompson Place, Nelson Bay. Half the furniture was missing from photos and so they just removed those photos from the listing after we stayed. The beds, pillows and blankets in the cupboards had never been washed. The protectors on the bed were atrocious. The house was in a lane way - not a street and difficult to find. Cutlery and cups were dirty and still wet.
