I worked for a company that uses them for payroll and they are the worst! Won't tell you anything regarding YOUR PAYCHECK. DOESNT SUBMIT PAYROLL ON TIME. RUDE STAFF (except Michelle who answers the phones, she's usually very helpful). Would not recommend them for any services, and if your employer does go through them expect to get little to no help if you have an issue.

The company I work for used their services for doing payroll. Got my form to file taxes and the envelope WASNT sealed contacted Columbia Edp about the issue and they told me that they had an issue with the sealing machine that it got fixed and I doubt anyone looked at it. I said I doubt it too but it's a huge security issue with having my social security number and all my information on it.
She talked to the manager and said sorry we can't do anything more on it. I figured they would pay for a service to make sure my information isn't getting breached just in case. This is unacceptable from a company that handles all types information.
