Does it really take 2 years to review a tax return? does it really take 2 months to review corrections and omissions the I pointed out on a current year tax return? and because of their delays- I had to pay the penalties! and was expected to pay for the preparations in full. I had to sign every Power of attorney twice because the "didnt go through". Really? every time?
Every request was channeled to the assistant, Alice, and disappeared. I was told "we called you several times" - which they did not. I was blamed with "you didnt sign the XXXX form" without explaining why I should or what it is. In short - UNRELIABLE UNTIMELY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT GO THERE.
