We are an accounting firm that provides services for individuals, business owners, executives, and professionals. The firm has 16 permanent employees, eight located in Sioux Falls, SD and eight in Dell Rapids, SD. The company also has the following satellite offices in South Dakota: Lennox, Montrose, Salem, and Harrisburg.

Since 1982, Mark has been an integral part of the KMWF & Associates team. As a CPA partner, Mark provides audit, small business income tax and accounting, and individual income tax and tax planning services. He takes a personal, caring interest in his clients' tax or financial situations. He truly believes that clients benefit from his knowledge and experience and it ultimately leads to building great, long-term relationships. Mark and his wife, Dolly, live in Dell Rapids. They have three grown children, Marcus, Lucas, and Abby, and a wonderful granddaughter.

We have been going to Nordell for many years. They have always been very professional and thorough. I know that they have saved me money over the years by keeping up with all of the tax law changes that take place every year. Before I leave during my initial meeting, he can give me a very close estimate on my hat the return will be.

We usually do our taxes ourselves at home but since we bought a house we decided it would be easier to let the pros help us this year with filing taxes. The appt was super fast and so easy! We were told we should receive our return in 7-10 days. After 3 weeks we were beginning to wonder why we hadn't received our return yet and if something was wrong.
After calling the office they told us they were missing a form that we needed to sign. We had a signed copy of that form that said "customer copy" in our paperwork but they forgot to keep a copy of that particular form for themselves. Which meant they hadn't filed our return yet. Nor did they bother to call us and let us know they needed that form in order to do so.
It may have been several more weeks before they caught the mistake or maybe never. Why did I pay $350 for this? Slightly disappointed with their lack of organization and don't feel the need to return to them for any assistance in the future.
