This company was referreded by my Attorney Mr Fritz at the beginning of my divorce. On their website, they say: " We work closely with our clients and tailor our services to match each client's specific needs." The opposite happened. I got no service. The owner of the business didn't deliver anything. I never received some help for my divorce. Met 2 times, nothing.
It was a simple job but it cost me about $10,000.00. $5,000.00 retainer plus almost the same way after. No weekly invoices. They don't tell u the retainer is gone. Thought i will receive a refund. No, got another invoice. YES for nothing. A blank page, But I signed a beautiful contract at the beginning. Stressed by the serving and trusting my Attorney, I didn't read it.
My mistake. Complaining to them about the situation, I received a letter telling that a litigation process means a lot of time. Sorry, we never spoke about litigation as I was in a mediation process. But my contract mentioned Litigation. Tried to call. Never answer the phone or respond to messages on their voicemail. Why my attorney referred that person to me! Finally, I decided to settle one-on-one with my Ex wife.
No Attorney, no CPA but so much money wasted for me. Not for them. Those people might be very good in a different situation but for me, it was not. I will read contracts in the future.
