Bryan was very reluctant to helping me when I had questions about a draft sent over to me. He responded to an email with an attitude telling me he's been working 15 hour days. He also sent me a response to a question I had and got very sarcastic/rude with me. He told me I was the expert and should be doing my own taxes since I was trained through Google.

Had a great initial experience with Bryan, but he has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls in nearly a year. The few times I've spoken with anyone from the company they have seemed to have an attitude towards helping me.

If you are an army of one; a home based business, a crafter, a maker: you're not doing yourself any favors by trying to do it yourself. You need to atleast get information you can use to make a good decision; have a discussion with them and see if they are a good fit.

Jon and Bryan are absolutely wonderful. They have helped me with my personal taxes and the taxes and audit for my HOA. They are a wealth of knowledge, friendly, responsive and the epitome of professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
