Jim Flauaus, This business owner told me he could help me and took my money so fast my head spun, waited a year to tell me he couldn't help me and wanted to refer me to someone else. He said he would NOT return my $750.00. I would have left 0 stars if it would have let me. This is the honest to God's truth. I am a senior citizen and I need my money. Now I have to borrow money to hire someone else to get the service Jim Flauaus promised me.

I have known Jim for almost ten years, and he's been my accountant off and on for several years, mostly because I thought I could do my accounting and taxes myself to "save money." Well after several years of screwing up I realized shouldn't be doing my business accounting and taxes myself. (I should have listened to him in the first place.)
