Fred graduated in 1971 with a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland and in 1996 completed the CFP Professional Education Program through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. Fred has over three decades of professional knowledge in public accounting, banking, insurance and financial services and has operated his current practice since 1987.
