Mr. Wilson was wonderful! He had the patience to help me understand what was needed for him to continue doing dad's taxes. He is so knowledgeable and very kind.

Trent is always professional always friendly man of his word. I could not have come out so well without his help.

I have used wilson harris for about 25 years and recommend them to all my friends and family. Brady Wilson is my accountant but he personally isn't taking new clients but his office has other accountants including his daughter that got her masters in accounting really quick and scored extremely high on test for certification. I trust them immensely.

For example my father in law was audited a few years back and before they were able to contact Brady the irs tried to get them to pay some stupid amount of 15 grand and after all said and done they got more money refunded from the irs. So I fully believe if you don't want the headache of a audit definitely have a good accountant. I will continue Taking and referring people to them.

11 years of tax preperation with this company including 2 great CPA John Harris and Mark mosher. Last year year Mark retired and they didn't have any opening appointments for my tax preperation. Very disappointed- that I didn't get this service scheduled earlier.

Dave Hammons has been doing our taxes for 25 years, we have moved to 3 different states but still send our taxes back to Boise to be done. Very satisfied, always helpful answering our questions throughout the year. We wouldn't trust anyone else.

Been going here for over ten years to have my taxes done. They have been good unless they mess up on them and then they wash their hands of you. They use to be better at customer service but now they don't care and they DON'T stand behind there work.

I have been having Wilson, Harris, and Company do my taxes for 26 years. In that amount of time we have gone through raising four children, owning our own company, selling that company, divorce, bankruptcy, and putting the kids through college. In 26 years I have not had a single issue. I would not trust anyone else with my finances. Absolutely the very best!

We've been getting our taxes done by Vicki Kirby for the past 18 years. Before using Vicki's service, filing taxes used to be so time consuming and stressful. Now, it's like an annual checkup. We know what we need to bring to our meeting. If we forget anything, then we can either email it or drop it off as needed. She e-files our taxes.

She mails a hard copy of our finalized taxes to us within a week. The tax report folder is even embossed with the year. Little touches like that are greatly appreciated! I feel confident that our taxes are being prepared correctly. I would highly recommend Vicki Kirby at Wilson, Harris & Company.

I had a great experience with Trent Thompson. He was able to schedule me very quickly and he answered all my questions accurately and efficiently. He was very patient with me and walked me through the entire process. I also found it to be very affordable. I will certainly continue to go to Trent in the future and I strongly recommend using him for all your tax needs.

Not impressed at all. We dropped off our information in the beginning of March and have not heard a peep from the firm. I know that we are going to owe on our federal taxes and it is now tax day and I have no information on how much we owe nor vouchers to use in making the payment. I called last week and have not received a call back. Very poor service. I outsourced my taxes this year to save myself the stress and hassle. I won't make the mistake of using Bob Beery again.

Been going here for 5 years and have never had a problem. I get quick scheduling, usually within days of my call. My visit usually only last 20 mins. They efile my return with direct deposit. Once done, I get a nice copy for my records mailed to me with a modest invoice for services rendered. Will continue to have my taxes done here in the future.

I had a poor experience with Bob Beery. I was treated great with receptionist and was scheduled fast but the meeting did not go very well. I don't like writing these reviews but if you like vague or no response back from a CPA, then I guess that's what brought me to write the review. I also know that I may have not been entirely prepared for the appointment but this was my first time being in business for myself and wasn't entirely sure what to have.

It was very awkward when I didn't have everything but it was 1 thing that I didn't have and it could have easily been brushed aside and addressed with "you can always email me with that information or call the front desk with that info." And when I did email the information, it was a very vague response. I am not looking for a novel by any means, but something more than "thank you". Also, when I call, i'd like a call back on what you need for the direct deposit of my tax return.not just assume that you need the obvious, such as routing # and bank account #. I am so disappointed with having to write this review but I guess a person can only be treated so poorly.

After several years of not once getting our taxes done correctly or on-time, we were forced to switch to another firm. Errors cost us hundreds to thousands of dollars in penalties and fees every single year. Poor communication, poor service, and very poor tax advice.

Troy Sloan is our guy. He's done my taxes for 15 years, through the purchasing, maintaining and selling several rentals, self employment, marriage a divorce, a bankruptcy, He's professional, good natured and efficient. I'd highly recommend him any day!

Poor experience working with Trent Thompson. He made mistake in my address and my refund went to wrong address. He charged me a fee and did not help fix the situation. I ended up contacting IRS and state revenue depts myself (spent hours on phone plus mail forms) to fix the issue. Avoid "Trent Thompson" by all costs!
