If I could give 0 I would. They recently took over from another CPA which I had worked with for years. There was no courtesy call introducing themselves. Just an assumption that I would continue the relationship. I called and emailed to let them know I was not going to use their service as I had found another CPA. I never received a reply. I then received an email enclosing my 2020 extension forms.
I subsequently emailed again that I was not using their services. No reply again. I then received 3 emails from them that they had filed an income tax extension for tax year 2020 for the 3 separate accounts in my household. All without my authorization. I subsequently called and left another message. Once again no call back. If you want a company that will not return emails, calls and provide no service at all this is the company for you.
