For six years HomePay managed our caregiver payroll accounting, including weekly checks and taxes. They did so flawlessly and removed that burden from us so we could focus on the day to day needs at home. We were blessed that our CPA recommended them.

HomePay made everything so easy to set up my elderly friend's caregiver as an employee. A friendly and competent representative over the phone walked me through the steps of getting set up and the steps (sadly) to de-activate. Their web-site was easy to use. Their fees are reasonable. And our caregiver was also happy with her interface with them. Thank you!

I called HomePay about the account of my recently deceased father-in-law. Anna at Home Pay was truly amazing. She answered my questions, tracked down the state to address a notice I had received in error from the state, and she filed our last return to close out our account. As an employer myself, I'm honestly jealous of how Home Pay hired and retained such an amazing customer service specialist.

Do NOT use Care.com. They charge exorbitant fees and there is no way to speak with someone who can help you if you have an issue with your bill. The number posted online is a pre-recorded message that hangs up. If you are able to get someone from HomePay to transfer you, the Care.com representatives tell you that they do not issue refunds and that you cannot speak to someone who has that authority.

Your only option is to have someone call you back at an unknown time. They make it very difficult for you to dispute anything, and everything is done via autopay. Deceptive practices. Terrible customer service.

They are an awesome company! I've been using them for years. This year, I needed revised tax documents and they were so helpful, corrected my error, and responded immediately. I couldn't be happier with HomePay and plan to use them forever.

I only had good things to say about them and the quality is top of the line compare to other services. thank you! i highly recommend to any employee or employer to use them as they are most helpful, efficient, patient and kind people i have ever experience in that type of industry! I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share how happy I have been with this company. HomePay consistently provides extremely helpful, friendly, and competent customer service. I have called multiple times for assistance: I get through to a human being almost immediately, and I have yet to interact with anyone there who is anything less than extremely polite, enthusiastic, and efficient in answering my questions. They've made the complicated payroll process completely stress-free. Highly recommend.

Care.com has been very easy to deal with. They managed my mom's caregiver's payroll for over 5 years. Easy website to navigate, but more importantly the experience I had when dealing with customer service over the phone has been OUTSTANDING. Well worth the cost to address all the issues with payroll.

I contacted HomePay to obtain assistance implementing desired changes to the pay of the caregiver of my child. I spoke with Jasmine. I had three changes I wanted to make for the new year, and I wanted to make sure the changes were implemented correctly so I could avoid potential tax problems and make sure the caregiver was not surprised by anything. Jasmine understood my requests immediately and knew exactly what needed to be done.

She was able to provide a precise timeline and explained how the changes would look once made. She knew the system extremely well and was an excellent communicator. She gave me confidence that I would get exactly what I needed done. Thanks, Jasmine!
