Laura and Frank are the BEST! Both are incredibly professional, polite, attentive and prompt. I would also say they are very patient, I forgot to submit a couple of documents and had emailed them to her and she was right on it and received them kindly. I would also like to add that I had gotten my taxes done at 4 other places and NOTHING compares to the services Laura and Frank provide. I even had my dad switch over to them!

Laura Powell is simply superb! She was recommended to me a decade ago by a prominent Olympia financial consultant. That was one of the best tips I've ever received. She has prepared my taxes every year since 2008. (I write this recommendation in September 2016.) I've been endlessly grateful for Laura's careful work and deep professional knowledge.
Note that she is a Federally-licensed Enrolled Agent (EA)-the highest credential awarded by the IRS-and is thus authorized to appear before the IRS. She is also a Certified Financial Planner. Beyond her high professional standards I'll note that she is also an exceptionally kind and patient person. Highly recommended! I have done business with Laura for several years worth of taxes. Laura is very professional but I called today to try to reach her and was spoken to incredibly demeaning and awfully. I was hung up on when I mentioned I may have to go somewhere else since laura was not in and I am in a time crunch. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and got yelled at again because I wanted to go somewhere else then hung up on again. Are you kidding me?
How do you represent someones company and name this way? It's beyond unprofessional and I will be speaking to Laura personally about the way I was treated! I do not recommend this company for any bookkeeping needs unless you wanted to be treated like garbage and walked on. Beyond dissatisfied and disappointed!

The guy who works here, Frank, is a TERRIBLE person! He is the rudest, most awful person! He spoke absolutely terrible to me! As a young, female, I guess he figured he could be demeaning and completely disrespectful. Unfortunately, Frank knows nothing about me. I have no idea how someone who represents their company (wearing the shirt) can openly demean females and think that is ok.
You are a terrible, terrible man! If you are a female, don't support this business! If you are a male and you think women should be treated respectfully, don't support this business!
