As an organization we have been very happy with our partnership with RDM Associates. We consider it a partnership rather than a purchased service - it that critical of a function to our Agency. When we considered outsourcing our finance functions we were concerned we would lose access to information having it be outside of the Agency, lose resource as we consolidated those staff remaining, and lose some oversight of the function.
The RDM Associates' team offers a base of experience that would not typically be found in accounting management and staff. Our team manages the accounting functions of a wide range of organizations and brings years of accounting and audit experience with seasoned staff drawn from CPA firms and industry accounting departments.

I have worked at RDM Associates as a staff accountant for 2 years now. I enjoy my clients, coworkers, and management. It feels more like a family than a place of business.
