Critical: Professionalism This place refused to notarize a document so I can get a PTIN to officially be able to do taxes, I guess they can't stand the competition and refused to notarize anything for me. Go to Jackson Hewitt, I'll do your taxes cheaper and with much more professionalism

Did my taxes last Thursday and was told I can get my money back faster by paying $50 and getting it through a bank still haven't received it. Not happy I payed over $300 when I could've gone to liberty and gotten money upfront and a discount.
