I haven't been able to speak with Chris Ruggiero since October, my 2019 return is still un-filed. After multiple rate lock extensions, my lender finally dropped my 2.375% refinance because Chris couldn't get my 2019 1040 filed in time (it is still not filed). I call or email every week and although his assistant Alison has been responsive, no action has been taken to resolve this situation. I would rate 0 stars if I could. This has been a very upsetting, stressful and costly situation.
