Working with Laurie O'Neil is truly a pleasure. Her knowledge of QuickBooks, and the training she provided me was incredibly valuable. Initially our meetings were for some general QuickBooks training, and then she was able to come in and help us during a major company change. As we overhauled our reporting by changing from a calendar year to a fiscal year, Laurie came in and helped us set things up in a new company in QuickBooks.
