Arizona Small Business Accounting

Was with previous owner and never had a problem loved her work ethic. Now with this owner it has taken more then two months to do my taxes, and never included credit rebate, even when I called many times and reminded them. I also went in the office and told them.now she is telling me that she has to do my taxes over. Guess it is time to get a new accountant for 2021.

Beverly and her team have been doing my taxes and my families for almost 10 years now. She has found things my previous accountant missed. She stays updated with the laws and is very reasonable and timely. I highly recommend ASBA.

Started with ASBA back in 2007. ASBA has been processing payroll and handling all of our tax needs since day one. They have always provided prompt, professional & accurate service. They have been a wealth of knowledge and have provided excellent tax advise to ensure we received the best filling for each situation. Terrible customer service. Terrible business practices. They made a major error on my 2017 taxes which resulted in repayment for the error, as well as interest for the amount due. I was originally told I would get a refund for my tax prep fees for that year and ASBA would pay for the interest accrued due to their error. They have since gone back on their word and have left all repayment of interest for their error as my responsibility.

In fact they blamed me for not recognizing the error. Well in my opinion, an accountant who leaves off $10,000 of income, is not a very good accountant. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR TAXES. I would give zero stars if I could.

Beverly and her team are fantastic! Weather everyday bookkeeping, end of the year taxes, or out of the ordinary request, it is done efficiently and correctly the first time. Highly recommend!
