I called this business looking for a personal tax consultant. The person answering the phone had to call me back, not knowing if they even were accepting new clients or if they gave a complimentary first time consult. She called back, letting me know that a person would return my call and answer any questions or concerns. No one has called me. Not very good representation of their customer service. I wouldn't want them taking care of my tax or finance issues.
