Be very careful which realtor you put your trust with. A very uneducated realtor cost me over $15k. Made many promises but once she received her commission was totally unreachable. Would not recommend this agency.

I CAN NOT say enough great things about Ashley Shaw! She is hands down the best, most personable, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable realtor that I have ever met. Without her help, I would still be lost in the sea of homes and locations in DFW and wondering if I were making the right choices for my family. The home and area we found are in a place I hadn't even heard of yet, but the moment we went to look I knew it was our home.

Jacob Anderson is the man you need. He is a fighter, and in this market, you need that. He is honest, hard working, and he was always available, before, during, and even after the close. When we were selling, he had people help with repairs, and they were competitive and as hungry as he was. Working him was the easiest, most stress free buying experience I have ever had, and I cannot say enough good things about him.

Be very careful with these realtors. The one I dealt with intentionally tried to get me to screw myself with double buyers agreements. He knew I was in one sent me another for him duplicating the area and then when I didn't sign her switch the areas. Weasel wouldn't tell me what would have happened if I signed both. That's what happened to some one I know.

Can't say enough positive things about our realtor Ashley Shaw. During this process we were out of state and she spent weeks going to homes, taking pictures and videos while looking into hoa restrictions for our outbuilding that made the process a lot harder than most. We ended up in our dream home and the whole experience was easy! I would recommend her to anyone!

Having a 16 hr drive before arriving at our dream home she met us with the biggest hug, champagne, some essentials and even brought us dinner. She is amazing.
