Drew started his career in the internal audit department of a local bank, then worked for a NC office of a national CPA firm, and finally for a local CPA firm in Cary. Proper tax research starting with the actual law and regulations instead of relying on editors interpretations. As a result of his tax experience, Drew believes, as Judge Learned Hand so aptly said - "Anyone may so arrange his affairs that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which will best pay the Treasury; there is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes."

We can invoice your customers, maintain your accounts receivable and accounts payable, write your checks when bills are due (you still sign them), and compile a regular financial statement for you to use in evaluating your business' progress. Drew has been my accountant for 30 years. Yes, thirty years! I am very disorganized in how I keep my records, but somehow, Drew always manages to make sense of my mess. I trust Drew. His advice is always based on how things are supposed to be done. I don't like to cut corners when dealing with taxes, and Drew does a great job of counseling me on what my options are, and which decisions he thinks are the right ones to make. We have had our tax returns prepared by Drew Edmundson for a number of years. He has consistently done a good job and has provided sound advice. I would definitely recommend him. In terms of areas for improvement, the people that support Drew (and whom we as a customer, deal with most frequently) are not always as friendly and customer oriented as they should be. Definitely needs to improve.
