Over the years, the firm ebbed and flowed, with new partners, new locations and various iterations of the firm. Present Day: Victor and Linda continue to ensure the firm's growth into the next generation with the same personalized services and core values John began his practice with more than 45 years ago.
First, our collective years of experience totals more than 250 years! On top of that, the majority of our employees have been with our firm for a decade or more! Together these factors underscore the deep-rooted commitment we have to our clients, our profession, our company, our community and our fellow employees.
No disrespect to our peers. We know we are all numbers geeks and liken the ever changing Tax and GAAP rules to be 3-D puzzles in motion. And what accountant worth their green visor and ten key doesn't like a good puzzle? That stereotype aside, what makes us different is our focus on people. Yes, numbers are important.
We value our relationship with Snyder & Co. While we handle the 'everyday' bookkeeping internally, the Snyder team is there to answer questions along the way and handle the complex year-end work that proves challenging when you're also trying to run a business. The level billing that Snyder & Company offers allows our company to know exactly what our accounting expenses will be for the year.

I have very little experience with other firms, but from what I can gather, I will forever be spoiled in working with Snyder. Their team is amazing from top to bottom.
