This was our 2nd consecutive year having KT do our income taxes. I needed it done fast this year for my 12th grade daughter's scholarship applications. Despite it being very busy, I brought everything in on Monday morning & it was completed by Wednesday night. My taxes are very complicated for multiple reasons. I will be back again in 2022.

I agree completely, again this year I got a phone call, come pick up your return its ready. NO explanation, just sign and go. I am not happy and plan on taking this problem up with then after tax time. They also take care of my investments and I don't hear from them from year to year unless I call them. They are nice people and after you have been with them for awhile they become very comfortable and ignore you since they are still getting their commissions. I think the prices to do income tax are very high. There will be changes made for 2014 for sure.

After dealing with in IRS issue for several years and facing a garnishment, John Taylor was able to resolve the issue for us and have the garnishment cancelled. Based on his extensive experience and in depth understanding of tax code and tax law, we have stopped using "do it yourself" Tax Return software, and have turned over all our tax work to him.

He redid our past three years of filings, showing us where we made errors each year and increasing our tax return! We have also moved all of our retirement investments to his firm, and have been very pleased with the was he patiently explained all of the investment options, giving us a chance to learn and decide for ourselves what to do.
