Gail, the founding partner of the firm, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She is also Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics from the American Institute of CPAs.
In every way, we are a team. Since all of our business units cross paths at times, and because our firm does not subscribe to a silo mentality, we work together for the good of the firm. I have had terrible experiences with CPA's in the past. This firm came highly recommended to me, and I'm glad I chose them. They got me squared away, and even helped in an area they didn't have to by speaking directly to my underwriters when trying to obtain a mortgage. VERY responsive, and VERY professional, at all times. Angela, Taylor, Louise were all very easy to work with. I suggest you use this firm.

When we moved from Southwest Florida to Nashville we changed CPAs because we thought it would be easier to work with someone local. Guess what? We're back with Joni Norton! We could not find anyone in Nashville as proactive and savvy of tax law and strategy, with a support staff (Thanks, Louise! Thanks, Toby!) that's just as competent.

We are small business owners and have been with our accountant, Julio for almost 10 years. From the beginning of our first meeting he made us feel at ease. He always does his due diligence and provides us with sound advice. We are always greeted with a warm welcome by Louise and my boys love getting snacks when we stop by. Last year we started working with Micheal for our IT needs at the office.

As a small bussiness owner I do almost everything myself. But the stress of doing business taxes myself untrained is not worth it. Exceptional customer service from the moment you walk in the door or call. If they can fix the mess of bookkeeping i handed them the first year and teach me to keep better books. Then they can fix anything.
