Unprofessional. My wife and I provided information for taxes on Feb 5th, and were ignored, blown off and lied to up until Apr 23rd. The only reason we waited is because my in-laws had been using Johnny for a long time, and our experience last year was decent. Completion of return was lied about 3 times, meetings were blown off 3 times citing technical difficulties, and finally we were not called back and emails were unanswered throughout the whole period.
I understand they lost a secretary due to sickness, however that does not excuse such poor behavior. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or care for our return. There was no sense of empathy.
