Rude, overpriced, if you use David or deal with the secretary Christine, be ready to be insulted and talked down to. Leaving their tax services was a positive move for my company. I did my taxes with H&R block this year and was treated with respect and paid less too. I was just glad I didn't have to deal with their unprofessional and aggressive ways.

My previous review, detailing my nightmare experience, has disappeared. I'm so passionate to warn away potential customers that I'm posting again. Please do not risk your finances! Go anywhere else!

We use Incompass for our books and corporate returns, for the past 10 years. The price is reasonable, service is good, and the returns are accurate. We have not been audited, and there were never any errors on previous returns. We plan on using them for years to come.

Joshua my tax preparer was very professional, helpful, and an all around good guy, my tax papers were done on Monday and I had my refund from the state on Friday. Thank you, Joshua.

Me and my wife used this horrible company for our 2017/2018 taxes. The first year i got a notice from IRS that I owed $1,200. I gave the paper to Christine. Never ever heard anything back. I emailed David and no response. I should've knew better to continue my business with them. 2018 came and they got that wrong also. So I didn't go through with personal.

My wife called today to get a copy of our business tax return. She was told that they would not give it to us unless we pay for our personal. Do not use this company GARBAGE, I repeat GARBAGE.

I've been using this company for many years now, honestly I think the negative reviews are from people who probably didn't provide enough information, or simply found out they have to pay instead of getting a refund. Incompass has EA, or Enrolled Agents, who are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and have the latest software. I don't have a business, but have continued to use them for my personal just because of the highly professional and favorable results I've received. Of course no one can guarantee you're getting money back, but in my experience they find each and every way to maximize it for you.

Years ago this company was owned and run by the highest caliber of tax professionals. The company has changed hands. Condescending and incompetent management will blame you for their associates' behavior and errors. Update: they will also write you nasty emails if you leave a negative recommendation.

I would give zero stars if possible. Please notice that they have only 1 star reviews (most wishing for zero) for the past few years. DO NOT USE INCOMPASS FOR YOUR TAXES! This tax season, after receiving unprofessional and insulting emails, if they responded at all, I escalated the issue to the owner and was told that my taxes would be submitted late because they were not "substantially complete" when turned them in.

I had missed one receipt. I have called to ask for tax advice and was given rude "you expect that for free" types of answers. Simple 5 minute questions require an expensive appointment. Also, they make mistakes according to the IRS. I will have all of my previous returns checked after my current experience. My sense is that they have cost me thousands of dollars although I cannot prove it yet. Turnover of employees is constant so don't expect the same associate to be employed year over year.

I wish I had read reviews here prior to retaining them. Bottom line is - if you choose INCOMPASS they will do an incompetent job and condescend to you as a normal business practice.

We did business with Randy Roth for MANY years. He was the best and nicest person ever. So smart, too. We loved him! After the business changed structure or ownership, things changed dramatically. But, we kept going back even though we didn't have Randy any more. Last year was the final straw. We were charged $1,000 to prepare our taxes and the service was not good. And, it took a long time to get the taxes finished.

There was question after question from the latest tax preparer about information that they already had. This year I did some research and found a company in Elk Grove that had consistent 5-star ratings - Purewal & Ching, LLP. What a difference! We saw them on Thursday at 3:00 pm and our taxes were finished by Sunday morning! And, they charged us 1/3 of what we paid Incompass! I am sooooo done with them!

I originally worked with Vincent for several years. Was very satisfied. However, the past two years have been to the contrary. Last time I use this firm. Back again to update this review. When I accessed Fileshare to retrieve my 2017 return document, I found all my past files where deleted. I asked David why my Fileshare documents were deleted I was told it was MY responsibility to keep my own records and that since I told them I was unsatisfied with their firm and wouldn't be using them again that my files where deleted! This place is horrible. I strongly recommend people not use this firm. They are crooks. They also accused me of providing "fictitious" information. Horrible people.

David S. Kasperik is an unprofessional and condescending person and truly awful to deal with on every level. There is no reason, as a paying client, I should have been treated so terribly! I might not know every little tax law (that is why I hired a tax service) but that is no reason to make me feel like an idiot. It is amazing how this man has so much time to e-mail me wordy e-mails about how stupid I am. Seems to me, his time would be better spent helping his clients fix their problems than explaining how dumb they are and how his company's mistakes are not his fault in novel length e-mails.

Incompass has made running our business so much easier, especially for the tough tax and compliance issues that we don't have time to figure out. They help us with taxes, payroll and accounting, as well as the occasional HR question. These guys are not just "tax guys" they are experts that live and breath taxes and accounting laws and issues. They know every law and detail inside and out and follow cases so they are on top of changes at the moment they happen.

If you want to rest assured you have things covered correctly while making your life as a business owner far easier, then consider investing in Incompass. You will be hard pressed to find a full service comprehensive provider like them anywhere. Every service that they take off of our plate helps us grow because we aren't focused on all the administration stuff and can focus on our business. So in that way they actually have helped us grow.

I wouldn't advise avyone to use this company for your taxes or bookkeeping they are the worst in the business and I erge you to stay away! Read reviews first.

Very unprofessional service. Won't talk to you over the phone. Wish I would have read Yelp before using this service. At a 2.5 rating service would have never thought to even try this place. Receptionists are very rude too.

I've been with incompass for years and had a very nice gentleman Ron help me with my taxes. I don't understand all about taxes and he made it very easy to deal with BUT hes retried and I was given a new representative, David, whom after going online found out hes one of the principles. Long story short he was very condescending, wanting to point out my mistakes right of the get go, not a great way to start a relation ship.

When hes belittling was not well received on my end I was fired as a long time paying client and told they he other clients more appreciative of his help. I would recommend anywhere else to do your taxes unless your willing to bow to the tax king David thinks he is.

I came to Incompass Tax, Estate and Business Solutions with an accumulated problem of several years for my corporate and personal taxes due to an aggravated assault and robbery at a bank ATM. I worked with David, an owner, and after quit a bit of digging and holding me accountable, I really expected to owe $15 to $20,000. To my surprise David got me a refund of about $15,000!

Over the years and throughout the process he and his staff, Ron, Shontelle, and Christine have always been personable, welcoming, and very professional. I was not an easy client. I always felt at ease in talking about sensitive issues and appreciated their patience. As a recovering perfectionist, I am particularly impressed with David's ability to clearly, thoroughly communicate his command of tax code and provide answers in a time manner to our numerous questions. My wife and I thank them for their outstanding service.

I am a single older woman with a small business. Initially, Incompass did a good job finding a solution to an immediate problem. My main issue with this company is the condescending attitude of one male principal in particular. He is deprecating and not focused on solutions, only on criticizing and pointing out what he sees as shortcomings. Also, I have the sense that if you don't sign up for their monthly corporate oversight program you are treated differently (i.e., not given all the information you should be given - sets up a convenient "I told you so!") They may be knowledgeable, but so are many other similar businesses out there. To me the relationship is very important. I can't work with people who demean and belittle others, or people who back up those who behave that way.

Great knowledgeable team who really know tax codes and help explain things in normal terms. They have been doing our taxes for several years and now they handle many other aspects of our business. They are always there to answer all my questions throughout the year and help me make sure my business is not only set up properly but also doing the best thing financially and from a tax benefit standpoint.

I wish I could give them 0 stars because 1 star is too much. So we started with Incompass about 4 years ago. They advised us on our corporation and did our business as well as personal taxes. The first year they did our personal taxes they made an over $5000 mistake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. The next year came around to do our taxes and I spoke to David, the owner, to find out if we were getting a return that year and what it might be.

This man was so condescending and rude, he accused me of using the IRS as a personal savings account. I was shocked because #1 I am only deducting what I thought was the right amount and didn't understand what I was doing wrong. #2 I am paying you to help me and belittle me. I thought it was he was just under pressure or stressed and let it go.

I said to him then please advise me what I should do. It was pretty frustrating. When I told my mother-in-law she told me she spoke to her the same way then I was really upset. It was a little funny to find out that when my husband asked the same questions he was met with a totally different attitude, very friendly and joking. So at that point we decided to look for another accountant but it took us a while.

So this last year we finally found someone else, thank God but again David and Vince, the new guy, made a $2000 mistake. Vince seemed to be just as short with me as David. I never gave either of these men a reason to treat me that way. Just sooo happy it's over and we have a kind person who takes the time to help me and explain everything I need to do for my taxes. Although I must say the ladies in the office and pretty much everyone else have been very professional and helpful.

I used to be a customer to DRK & associate and I used to get a great service although being more expensive vs. most others. However, and since they converted to become this new Incompass thing, it starts to be like H&R block but with 20x the cost. Very sloppy job, tons of errors, and above that super ugly attitude and actually trying to scrow you. up.

I complained about a super bad service I got from the previous year and the price that they kept delaying my appointment till it bacame very late and then said "sorry" we don't like to do business with you. That was very cheap but I guess the bad quality will cause them to collapse very soon

I have used Incompass Tax Estate & Business Solutions for years and couldn't be happier with their superior service! Taxes aren't anyone's favorite thing to do, but they make it so easy to download your information (W2's; Bank & Financial Income, Itemized; etc.), into your own file on their SECURE site. They will even file an extension for you!

My sincere thanks to Ron Hills, Shontelle and Christine for all your patience, help and humor, every time I call and when I was learning how to download my documents! Thank you. you are truly outstanding in every thing you do!
