I've filled my taxes with Rudd and Company for the last 4 years. They do a fantastic job. True professionals. Blayne really knows his stuff and I can trust him. He is a man of great integrity.

I couldn't be more grateful to have found Travis Wheeler at Rudd and Co in Rexburg, finally peace of mind. As a business owner, I have been searching for a good CPA that has my best interest at heart, finally found a CPA I can trust and he lets me ask stupid questions and doesn't make me feel like a dummy for asking! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My Accountant was Jen Kennedy, I own 2 business she was doing the Taxes and the Books for one of my companies, when we first started she did great and was happy to take my money. As time progressed her communication started falling off then her professionalism really feel off. I had sent a few emails regarding things that I had questions about, I never got a response, I had called her office and her cell phone and left messages never got a return phone call.

So with anyone in my shoes and you pay someone to do a job and you get blown off. I got a little frustrated and sent another email explaining my frustration, at that time I was then asked to find a different Tax Company. I was shocked my bills are always paid I never was behind on anything. So I replied with another email regarding her email, and she was very nice about it and understood where I was coming from and my questions got answered.

Then moving on later into the year towards the end of the year I had contacted her once again trying to figure out where my numbers were because I was interested in buying a new truck. First off that's her job to do my numbers and contact me if I need to buy something or whatever so my taxes are where the need to be, that's not my job. Well oddly enough after a few emails and NO response from Jen I bought the truck and sent her and email letting her know that I bought the truck, and was frustrated with her lack of communication and was charged $115.00 dollars for her to run my numbers.

Again I got another email explaining to me that I should find another Account because of my frustration keep in mind I contact her maybe maybe 3 times a year. Anyways we end working out something that she would get someone else to help when she can't get backed to I said fine that works let's move forward. I sent her all of the information on the truck through email and I also sent her information regarding a Federal Tax Return I was supposed to get back over a year ago and still have not received.

Those emails were sent on January 27th 2021 and never heard a word from her, so again I get frustrated send her an email on February 22, 2021 almost a month later, and well from my long review I think we all can assume where it went. I would not recommend Jen Kennedy or Rudd and Company!

So the reviews look like most of the reviews.have people who will write what will give you 5 stars so that it looks like everything is great. I had my taxes done for years at a reasonable rate, then last year had Rudd do them on a recommendation. I'm sure they do a fine job. My problem is that they never said what the cost would be, and so would be eager to meet in person and bring treats and spend time on the phone and texting.

Come to find out, they charge by the hour, and drag everything out as long as possible, just like lawyers, so they can bill more. Long story short, they did get the taxes done, but at a cost 5-6 TIMES what my previous accountant charged, to do the same thing. This is not to say they weren't professional or know their trade, they just charge by the hour, up the wazoo. Beware, unless you have a lot of money to spend. I guess they need to pay for their big new building somehow.

I switched over to Rudd from ADP for my payroll. Its been so nice. They are great at it, quick, fair priced, and have awesome customer service. Shout to Kent for always being easy to work with.

I have been using Rudd & Company for a few years now, and I am always so impressed with the work that they do. It is so easy for us to get our taxes done. They are efficient in sending us our files to update with plenty of time to get them filled out. Once we get those taken care of, we know we don't have to worry about anything else. They are so fast in getting everything done, and I always know that they will take our taxes seriously, making sure we get the most back possible. I have already referred them to my friends, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Rudd & Company!

Rudd & Company is an incredible business. All the staff that I have had the privilege to come in contact with there have all been outstanding. They treat us with so much respect and act in a very professional manner. My husband and I use Cody Gamboa as our CPA and he has helped save us thousands of dollars for an affordable price. He is a very genuine caring person and you know he will take good care of you!
